John communicated with time, did the job and made sure everything was completed before he left. We were super busy that day and he made sure the job was complete. I would definitely recommend to anybody that is looking for an amazing and budget friendly finish to their lawn.
Jermaine did an excellent job and the grass looks wonderful! I appreciated being able to change the date for this last mowing as we needed it done sooner than expected. Everything is going well and we thank you very much for your hard work.
Nick was very friendly and timely. The yard looks fantastic and I’m very satisfied with the service he provided. On his request I was able to update the service being provided to cover the entire yard. We spoke about what services were provided for the lawn. Nick was able to explain what services I still needed for good quality lawn care. I’m very happy he was able to help me and my family with our lawn needs.
I recently had the pleasure of working with a John care crew that truly exceeded all my expectations. From the start, their reliability stood out. They consistently showed up on time, ready to tackle the job, which is something I greatly appreciate in service providers. It’s refreshing to know that I can count on them to stick to the schedule without any issues. Their communication skills are exceptional. Every step of the way, they made sure I was informed about what they were doing and why. Whether it was a quick text for a status update or a detailed discussion about the services they were providing, I always felt included in the process. This level of transparency fostered trust and made me feel valued as a customer. What impressed me the most was their extensive knowledge about lawn care. They offered helpful advice tailored to my specific lawn conditions and answered all my questions with expertise. It's clear they have a deep understanding of what it takes to keep a lawn healthy and vibrant, and this
Great communication. Kind. Super careful with edging. We hope he can do our lawn every time!
Thank you Linda. The lawn looked great.
Great meeting you! Thanks for your help!
It was wonderful to pull up to the trailer home and see that the grass was cut! If possible, next time, please use a bagger or something to pick up the cut grass as it looks like lumps all over the top of the lawn. I am sure the next cut will do away with all of that as it WAS pretty high and most of that would not be there if it is cut bi weekly as we have set it up to be done. Jermaine came just like he said he would and did an excellent job! We are very happy.
