Daniel did an excellent job. I wasn't able to review his work thus far because I wasn't home to see it for myself. I didn't want to be dishonest or announce to the world that I wasn't home. You owe him the $15 tip you offered to give him if I left a review. Now I'll review LawnLove. It would have been helpful if I had been informed up front that you operate as a brokerage service. I spent over an hour looking for someone to take on my yard. If you had advertised as a lawn care broker, I could have come to you first, and it would have saved me a lot of time. It also would have helped me with my conversation with your customer service employee. She kept me on the phone for 23 minutes, asking many unnecessary questions when all I wanted was my lawn mowed. The entire phone call should have been no longer than 5 minutes. Maybe you should train your employees to listen better. Overall, I appreciate the service LawnLove has provided me. Honesty up front would have been helpful.
