The young man who serviced my yard was prompt and very respectful. During the processes of completing my yard, he asked for my approval of the previous steps. His supervisor told me last week that he was training him to service lawns without supervision. He represented his lawn care supervisor very well!
My service was originally scheduled with a different pro, but he never showed up. I rescheduled with a different pro and Tom picked up the job very fast. He is a fast responder, very polite, very friendly, told me everything I needed to know so I didn’t have any questions or worry. He told me what time he would be here which was first thing in the morning. He did a good job and did it fairly quickly. I would definitely recommend him as he did everything he was supposed to and his response time and his punctuality was great.
