I recently hired Patrick to mow the lawn at my property, and although I haven’t seen the work in person yet, the communication and professionalism so far have been excellent. Since I’m not currently at the house, I asked for before-and-after pictures to get an idea of how the lawn looks, and I really appreciate that he understands that and provides updates to keep me informed. It’s always a bit nerve-wracking to manage things from a distance, but he’s made the process feel easy and reliable. His responsiveness and clear communication give me confidence that the job is being handled properly. Based on how organized and courteous he’s been throughout the process, I feel that I can trust his work ethic and attention to detail. Even though I haven’t seen the finished result myself yet, everything about the experience so far has been positive. He’s shown up on time, followed through on what was agreed, and made sure I stay in the loop. I’m looking forward to seeing the photos and confirming the results.

Jt did a wonderful job. He made sure everything was cut and trimmed. He did an amazing job trimming around my house and my sidewalks. He even made sure my sidewalks were swept off. The other person who had come out before him did a terrible job all the way around. They did not cut the right area, did a terrible job trimming and did not even sweep my sidewalks. I was amazed at the difference when I came home after jt had been there what a difference !

The software told me the mow was completed when he was on his way.. So i gave a bad review in the beginning. He showed up a few minutes later and did a fantastic job. The software glitch was not his fault.
