For example he did a great job getting the edges and making it look very nice. James was also a pleasure to work with – he was communicative and professional throughout the entire project. As always, Thad was courteous of the neighbors and the neighborhood by not only doing a great job mowing, but also with trimming and clearing the walkways of any grass never blowing it into the roadway. The kids that ride their bikes and gas-powered bikes up and down the street don't know that they appreciate it, but I do knowing that they aren't going to hit a bunch of grass debris on the street and skid out. Safer streets by watching the details!
I cannot say enough good things about this lawn service! From the quality of their work to the small acts of thoughtfulness, they consistently go above and beyond. Every time they come out, my yard looks absolutely fantastic. The grass is always cut evenly, the edging is sharp and clean, and they take the time to make sure everything is trimmed up and looking polished before they leave. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it really shows in the final result. What impressed me even more was their attention to detail and customer care. On one of their visits, they noticed that my trash had been picked up and took the time to bring my trash can back up to its place without being asked. That may seem like a small thing, but gestures like that say a lot about the kind of company they are. They pay attention, they care about the property they’re servicing, and they genuinely provide excellent customer service.
Our lawn pro, Tim, never cuts corners or gives excuses. He continues to do whatever it takes, even when that meant coming back to finish up another day so that he could come with the supplies he needed to take on a hornet's nest on the property that he was mowing for us. First rate service every time.

Very impressed with how Lamonee left my lawn looking when he was done. He edged the entire lawn with great precision and blew off any debris left behind. I was worried when he said he didn’t have a bagger but was very pleased with the completed work.
