Recently with all of the rain and storms, my services were interrupted for the day that the crew was supposed to come out. They let me know ahead of time and rescheduled without me having to reach out to them. They always mow, weed-eat, and clean up after each service. They are quick, fast, and efficient. Jimmie was very nice. He did a great job on cutting my lawn. The last owners left it in bad shape. Convinced me not to give up on this app. Also told me how I could log on for other services! Like Grubbs and other lawn treatments If you don’t have Jimmie you are missing out! Did a great job cleaning up after himself he was very knowledgeable on yards and grass types. Again we think we got a good one!
We were to have bi weekly lawn service. The service has been great but it is being mowed every week. Last two weeks we were not notified about day of service. Two weeks ago our pit bull was out and had the lawn care personnel cornered and looking very shaken by my dog. We were not notified about the day of service. Today the lawn care crew showed up at 7:30 again without notifying me that they would be here. If at all possible can we go back to every other week of lawn service and please can you notify us of the day that they will be doing the lawn service.
Very great work, nice even lines, and easy to work with! Edged the driveway the way I was wanting and does an excellent job with weed eating! Highly recommend!
